Dancing to reel and Celtic jigs. Harveys bar and snacks. Proceeds to local Starfish Youth Music. Tickets £8 (£10 on the door) from Union Music in Lansdown Place or 7 East Street nr Waitrose. Sat 19:15 The Martlets Hall Burgess Hill An evening with Chicory Tip –  the 70’s band who had a huge No. 1 hit in 1972 with “Son of my Father”.The hall will be set out in reserved cabaret seating (we will be sitting together)  with room to dance. A licenced bar is available. Tickets are £10 pay on the door. This event is organised by the local Lions Club and all proceeds are in aid of the South Mid Sussex First Responders.Please contact Ray if you are interested.

The film tells of the moving and life affirming true story of the unlikely friendship of a young homeless busker, James Bowen and the stray ginger cat named Bob, who changed his life.

Fri TBA The Archway Theatre Horley Stones in his Pocket Play – The Archway theatre is a miniature theatre situated in the railway arches under Horley Station, one arch serves as the box office and bar another the main 90 seat theatre and another the studio theatre, always excellent productions. It always sells out fast, so just the first 4 people please and booking by Wednesday 8th March so we can hopefully get  seats together

Mon   Edinburgh Edinburgh Festival Fringe – Tricia is planning to go to the Festival again 7th – 14th Aug, staying for one week in Student apartments in single rooms with shared kitchen/diner and bathroom. It needs to be booked early to get the best available accommodation. Travel by Easyjet from Gatwick to Edinburgh and return. Last years cost was rooms approx £250 each and flight approx £140 including baggage. Please contact Shirley by 31st March if you would like to go.
